"Jesus said, ‘Let the little children come to me,
and do not hinder them,

for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these."
Matthew 19:14

There is a Sunday School at All Saint's Kemble that meets during the 9.30 a.m. Holy Communion service on the first Sunday of each month.

We start all together in the service and then leave during the first hymn and go across to an area known as “The Arc” which is a room in a building opposite the church.

We have fun learning about the Bible and what God wants to teach us through it, we usually base it on what the grown ups are learning about in the main service.

We play games, colour, act, sing songs, use puppets and many other things all to enable us to bring the bible alive.  We enjoy praying together too for ourselves and others and finish with the Lords Prayer.

The group is open to all children but generally up to the end of primary school and we aim to adapt what we’re doing to suit a toddler or a ten year old.  We always have at least two DBS checked leaders at any time and parents are very welcome to come along too or to stay and enjoy the service.

The children are brought back into the main service just before communion and then there is usually a chance to share with the congregation what we have been up to.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
